One unique feature, that you will not see in many Florida cities, is our easy, drive-up access to the beach. Almost every avenue in Olde Naples ends at the beach. There is parking in metered spaces for tourists and special “resident only” spaces that require a County Beach Parking Permit. A beach parking permit is reserved for all local residents free of charge. Just bring your proof of residence to any Collier County Parks and Recreation location and you will be parking up front at the beach.
Naples beachfront homes and condos (here I’m talking directly in front of the sand, not across the street from the beach) currently range in price from a low of around $500,000 for an older condo to over $47.250 million for the highest priced luxury homes on the beach. These exquisite beachfront estate homes are located along Gulfshore Boulevard in Olde Naples, Gordon Drive in Port Royal and the Strand at Bay Colony.
