Real estate in Olde Naples is a charming combination of older beach cottages (some dating back to the early 20th century) and newer luxury homes situated peacefully among hundreds of tall coconut palms bent and twisted by the winds and weather.
Current Olde Naples real estate prices vary greatly. On the low end, a small one-bedroom condo can sell in the low $100’s and, at the upper end, a luxury home directly on the beach with views of the Gulf goes into the multi-million dollar category. In between are Naples homes and condos for everyone.
Naples real estate to the south of 14th Ave South (the southern demarcation line for Old Naples) includes the communities of Aqualane Shores and Port Royal. These luxury home communities are not officially part of “Olde Naples.” Although tremendously beautiful with some of the world’s finest luxury homes, Port Royal and Aqualane Shores were man-made land masses built in the 1950′s and are therefore not “old” by Naples standards.
